These terms and conditions govern the flight services provided by Jhankar Aviation Private Limited, operating under DGCA non-scheduled Air Operator Permit (AOP # 13/2022). By requesting a flight booking or aeromedical dispatch, the client agrees to be bound by these terms.
1. Medical Dispatches & Air Ambulance Flights
For all medical evacuation flights, the client must provide a valid "Fit to Fly" certificate or medical summary from the attending physician. Our medical director holds the final authority to reject or cancel a dispatch if the patient's condition compromises flight safety or aircrew clinical control.
2. Carriage Regulations
Carriage is subject to the Carriage by Air Act, 1972 and rules established by the Ministry of Civil Aviation. Passenger weight, medical baggage limits, and hazardous materials declarations must be made accurately during the booking phase. Prohibited items cannot be carried on board.
3. Flight Clearances & Delays
Flight execution is subject to civil aviation landing permits, airport slot availability, meteorological conditions, and military airspace restrictions. Jhankar Aviation is not liable for operational delays caused by ATC clearances, adverse weather, or forced diversions.
4. Payment and Billing
All flights are operated on a pre-paid basis. Crew dispatches and aircraft positioning are initiated only upon receipt of cleared funds into the bank account of Jhankar Aviation Private Limited. Invoice details will reference CIN U74999HR2017PTC071200.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the flight services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram/New Delhi.
